This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or any third-party service. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, so visiting it doesn’t send your details to anyone else.

Your language choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

The enquiry form doesn’t send anything. It opens your own email app with a message filled in, and nothing reaches me unless you send that email.

If you contact me, Critical Angle SLU is the data controller for your message. I use your details only to reply and, if we work together, to manage the contract. The legal bases are the steps you ask for before a contract and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)). I keep emails for as long as the business relationship lasts and as long as tax and commercial law then require, and I don’t share them with anyone except my email provider and, where the law requires, the tax authorities.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for it to be restricted or handed over, by emailing the address above. If you think your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

The web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run the service and keep it secure.

Text, photographs and graphics on this site belong to Critical Angle SLU unless stated otherwise. Project names are used only to describe work I took part in; the projects and their names belong to their owners. All geophysical displays on this site are simulated and contain no client data.

Typefaces: Inter (SIL Open Font License) and TeX Gyre Schola (GUST Font License). The sea scene, charts and displays are hand-made for this site.
